Udbhav Public Charitable Trust is located in Motihari, Bihar.
UDBHAV PUBLIC CHARITABLE TRUST (UPCT) is a not–for–profit organization, works for the SC/ST and underprivileged but meritorious students and helps them in preparation of their competitive examinations. We aim to provide free education, free food and free lodging to the students. This NGO/NPO was established by a group of Educators coming from high academic back ground and have worked in the corporate sector as well.
